POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Please review the Policies and Procedures that follow, sign this agreement,
and forward it to me.

PAYMENT PROCESS    All payments are due on the 5th of the month or prior to our session, whichever comes first. Please pay all fees on time.

PROCEDURE    At your scheduled session time, call me at 01932 846943.  Please call on time, as I have calls before and after yours. We will schedule each next session during the current call.

CALLS    If you are on vacation, we can spend more time before you leave or after you return. If an emergency arises, we will either re-schedule for later that same week (preferred) or schedule an extra session the following week.

TO RESCHEDULE    Please keep all of your appointments, consistency is important.  To reschedule your call, please give me 24 hours’ notice.  If you have an emergency, we’ll work around it as best we can.  If you miss an appointment (no show, no call) we will speak on the next scheduled appointment and you will forfeit that session. Please do not miss a session!

EXTRA TIME    You may call me between our scheduled calls if you need advice, have a problem or can't wait to share a success with me.  I do have time between our regular calls and appreciate providing this extra level of service to you.  I do not charge for this time and ask that you keep the calls to 5 or10 minutes. Alternatively, please feel free to contact me between calls via email (jacquitew@clara.co.uk) to work through an issue or share a recent win.

CONFIDENTIALITY    I commit to keeping all client information strictly confidential in order to encourage candor and genuine exchange of thoughts, concerns, and solutions.

MY PROMISE:    I will always be present and available for you during our sessions. I will be unconditionally constructive and supportive.  I will speak the truth to you as I see it. I will count on you to tell me when you disagree with me, when something makes you uncomfortable, or when you don't want to respond to a question.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The coaching process is a unique action learning method; it is not therapy, nor does it confer legal or financial advice.  With the client's agreement, specific issues will be referred to other competent professional colleagues with whom the coach collaborates or to those chosen by the client. I know that, as the client, I am personally responsible for the actions I take.  As such, I do not hold Jacqui Tew liable for consequences of my actions or absence of actions.  I agree that Jacqui Tew is not an Employment Agent, Business Manager, Financial Consultant or Psychotherapist and she has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not (1) procure or attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for the client or (2) perform any business management functions such as accounting services, advise on tax or investment matters or (3) act as a therapist, counseling me on or providing psychoanalysis, group or behavioral therapy.
